Range Light Partners, LLC is a real estate investment, consulting and development firm that works with real estate owners, lenders, operators and developers with their real estate issues. We began under the banner of the M2H Group,LLC, operating as “M2H Services,” but realized that we were quickly serving a broader market than just fellow developers and owners. We were consulting for equity owners attempting to resurrect value from their battered assets, lenders concerned about the stability of a property and even an international investor seeking the acquisition of distressed real estate in the United States. Often we found ourselves partnering up with other real estate operators depending on the needs of the client. Whether the job involved senior housing or an analysis of the benefits of “greening” their building, we have sought to partner with the best practitioners in our trade.
We believe we have identified those players and have decided that the business model warrants a new home to separate us from our development roots. We chose the name “Range Light Partners” out of the fondness for the sea of our founder, Marty Heflin, who served as a Navigator in the United States Navy. Range lights give the navigator great comfort when bringing a ship into port; they confirm the course selected and the safe position of the vessel. While we offer a broad range of services, our aim is to provide you with a chart and navigation plan to safely steer your asset not only through the difficult conditions in which our firm was born, but into a future where your return is maximized and the goals of your voyage are achieved.
